Registration:
To register for a tournament, please fill out the registration form above. A confirmation email will be sent after all info has been entered and submitted. After submitting your registration form, you will be redirected to Paypal for registration fee.
Note: Sign up deadline is by 8pm Thursday on the week of the tournament. Any late registrations will have to pay an additional fee of $5 per person.
Cancellations and Late Arrivals:
For cancellations, please send your emails to vtorganization@gmail.com or call one of our staff members 48 hours prior to the date of the tournament. In case of bad weather or if your team might be late for any reason, you can email or call one of our contacts, found on our Contacts page.
